7-day cooling-off
Cancel within 7 calendar days of paying your EOI. Full refund. No reason needed.
Before the contract
Up to 30 days from EOI and before you sign the reservation contract — still a full refund.
After the contract
Once the reservation contract is signed the deposit is no longer refunded in cash. The unit is assigned onward instead — fee-free once you reach the milestone that applies to your plan.
Developer-side change
If the developer materially changes the project, the layout or the price by more than 5% before you sign, you may cancel for a full refund.
How refunds are paid
In USDT, at the USD value credited, within 14 business days. No chargebacks. No bank delays. No FX games.
