Meridian Gulf Properties is a trading name of Gagner LLC. Gagner LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (Entity ID 0008097583), working in the Dubai market. We hold allocations in off-plan developments and assign units to buyers under a written Assignment Agreement with Gagner LLC.

All allocations are subject to availability and may close or change without notice. Prices, unit types, handover dates and payment plans shown here are indicative and are confirmed only in your Assignment Agreement. Market reference prices are drawn from developer and public sources and may change.

Property values can fall as well as rise. Any reference to profit, resale or assignment under the Exit Plan describes an option available to you, not a promised outcome. We do not guarantee any return, rental yield, resale price or buyer.

Construction schedules are set by developers and may be delayed.

We accept USDT as our standard settlement, with bank transfer and card as alternatives. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Send funds only to wallet addresses confirmed to you in writing by us, and check each address before you send. You are responsible for network fees and for any loss caused by sending to an incorrect address.

Every payment is receipted against your allocation reference.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial reference. Project names, images and trademarks belong to their respective developers. We try to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
