Privacy notice.

Meridian Gulf Properties is a trading name of Gagner LLC. Gagner LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (Entity ID 0008097583) at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9309, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA. Gagner LLC is responsible for the personal data described here.

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, country of residence, budget band, preferred area, preferred payment method, any message you write, and whether you ticked the email consent box. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the details you share in that conversation.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare your allocation documents. Our lawful basis is your request to us and the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you.

We send occasional emails about new allocations only if you have given explicit consent by ticking the unchecked box on our form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing email straight away. We may still reply to messages you send us.

Your data is stored with our email and customer-relationship service providers, who process it on our behalf under contract and only on our instructions. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and allocation records for as long as UAE law requires. We then delete them.

We do not sell your personal data.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. We respond within 30 days.
